Welcome to The Den at CVHS. This website and online store are operated by Creek View HS Band Boosters for the sale of school spirit merchandise.
By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or purchasing merchandise through The Den at CVHS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other applicable store policies.
1. About The Den at CVHS
The Den at CVHS is a school spirit merchandise store operated by Creek View HS Band Boosters, a nonprofit organization supporting the Creek View Cougar Band, Color Guard, and their students.
The Den at CVHS is operated independently by Creek View HS Band Boosters and is not the official website of Medina Valley ISD or Creek View High School unless otherwise expressly stated.
2. Products and Merchandise
Our merchandise is produced on demand. Products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizing information, and other product details are accurate. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, garment materials, printing processes, and production methods.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products at any time without notice.
3. Orders
When you place an order through The Den at CVHS, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected merchandise.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that require cancellation.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the cancelled portion of the order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, and shipping information when placing an order.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be submitted for production.
5. Made-to-Order Merchandise
Because our merchandise is produced specifically for each order, production begins after an order is submitted.
For this reason, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
Please carefully review your product selection, size, color, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preference, including choosing the wrong size, color, or style, changing your mind, or no longer wanting an item.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photographs or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. Shipping
Orders are produced and shipped through our production and fulfillment partners.
Production time occurs before shipping time. Delivery estimates provided at checkout or elsewhere on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping information, including applicable shipping methods and charges, is provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
8. Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information, and shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

School names, logos, mascots, marks, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used with appropriate authorization where required.
Nothing on this website grants you permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use protected artwork, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property without authorization.

The Den at CVHS uses third-party services and providers to operate portions of the store, including payment processing, website functionality, product production, fulfillment, and shipping.
